Troubleshoot a failed code
“Invalid” usually means the text was entered incorrectly or the code no longer applies. “Already redeemed” means that account has claimed it before. A requirement message means your account has not reached the required level or milestone. Read the exact message before trying a different code.
Rewards can arrive in a mailbox or inventory rather than appearing immediately on your currency counter. Check the account, character and server you selected. A fresh server or a game restart may help after an update, but cannot restore an expired code.
